Shipping policy

Where we deliver. We ship inside Egypt only. We do not currently deliver to other countries.

Order processing. Every order is checked, photographed and packed by hand. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.

Shipping cost. Shipping is not free and is not a flat rate. The cost depends on your delivery address and is calculated automatically at checkout, then shown clearly before you pay. The amount you see at checkout is the final amount — no additional fees are collected on delivery.

Delivery time after dispatch.

• Major cities: 3–4 business days after dispatch.
• Other areas: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They can run longer during peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, White Friday) or because of courier delays outside our control. If your order runs past these windows, contact us and we will chase the courier for you.

Packaging. Each stone travels in a sealed protective case with its certificate and invoice, inside discreet outer packaging.

Lost or damaged in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We replace the item or refund you in full, including the shipping you paid. That risk is ours, not yours.

Wrong address or unreachable phone. Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we will contact you to re-ship it; the second delivery charge is payable by you.
